As a former overseas Filipino worker, I have chosen to embark a new chapter to a role that resonates deeply with my culinary roots and heartfelt aspirations. Over a decade in the global culinary scene and serving diverse nations, has not only shaped my skills but molded the essence of who I am today. Many sacrifices has to be made to achieve my goal, in which the most significant is being separated from my family, forgoing tempting prospects abroad, and even the allure of foreign citizenship. Yet, in the core of my being, I knew I had to return home and give my fellow kababayans a one-of-a-kind food experience that's unique and first in our country.
